Profile

I graduated from New York University-Stern School of Business (BS) in 1991 before attending Columbia University’s Business School (MBA).

I received a full-tuition scholarship at New York Law School, made Law Review, graduating in 1997 and taking and passing the NY and NJ Bar Exams.

I worked for two large investment banks on Wall Street as a corporate attorney during the subsequent 7 years. After that, I decided to work for myself as a lawyer, financial advisor and economist. I hope to be able to assist you in any of the Practice Areas in which I specialize.
